Agreement and Authority

Carefully read these terms and conditions as they form a legal agreement between Own Web Now Corp and the client.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

Policy Principles and Enforcement

The Acceptable Use Policy gives customers and users a clear understanding of what Own Web Now Corp expects while using the services.

Use of the service constitutes acceptance of this policy and the Terms of Service.

• Users may not use services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Own Web Now Corp may remove materials or suspend service when activity violates this policy or creates risk.
• Own Web Now Corp may cooperate with legal authorities or third parties investigating suspected wrongdoing.

Network, Mail, and Security Abuse

The services may not be used to transmit spam, malware, phishing, spoofing, abusive traffic, or content that disrupts networks, systems, or other users.

Customers are responsible for keeping accounts, credentials, and systems secure and for responding promptly to abuse reports.

Violation Response

A violation may result in warning, filtering, suspension, termination, or other actions needed to protect the service, customers, and networks.
