Agreement Overview and Scope
Own Web Now Corp agrees to furnish services to the customer subject to these Terms of Service.
By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement, Privacy Policy, and related legal agreements.
Payments
All payments to Own Web Now Corp are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and paying charges associated with the services they request or use.
Customer Obligations
- Use services lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Maintain secure credentials and authorized access controls.
- Provide accurate contact, billing, and technical information.
- Respond promptly to service, security, or abuse notices.
Governing Law and Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Legal actions arising from the agreement are venued exclusively in Orange County, Florida.
